Richard has prided himself on successfully pursing personal injury cases on behalf of his clients and their families. His practice concentrates in the areas of car accidents, wrongful deaths, bicycle accidents, defective consumer products, construction site accidents, explosions and fire cases, dog bites, slip/trip and falls, and other general liability cases. His common-sense approach to these cases has allowed him to achieve significant settlements for his clients, while often avoiding the necessity of an unpredictable trial.
In addition to his personal injury practice, Richard also achieves favorable results for other wronged clients in a variety of legal matters including business disputes, real estate disputes, probate disputes and other general litigation. Richard has also had the benefit of working alongside his father in numerous capacities over the years and truly understands what it takes to achieve successfully results for his clients. Since 2008, he has assumed the role as managing partner of the firm.
